As the head of the area Ruslan Gilyazetdinov reported in social networks, the boiler room provided with heat kindergarten and local out-patient clinic. Fortunately, because of frosts the kindergarten did not work, in FAPE, according to the regional Ministry of Emergency Situations, there were three persons. Nobody suffered.
