In RSPP declared high potential of Russia in the solution of climatic problems

Russia can offer the vision of the world climatic agenda on the basis of strict scientific approach and, moreover, has to make it taking into account huge natural potential. Such statement was made by the chairman of committee on climatic policy and carbon regulation of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Andrey Melnichenko.
