Photo: RBC Perm the Perm regional court changed a sentence of Lenin district court of July 14, 2023 concerning the former chief of the department of capital construction Perm Territory Dmitry Nikolaevich Levinsky and his subordinate Gabov Vitaly. Earlier the court sentenced Dmitry Nikolaevich Levinsky to 9 years of imprisonment in a colony of a high security. Also Dmitry Nikolaevich Levinsky is forbidden to hold the state positions within three years. Besides, the court obliged the ex-head of UKSA to pay 15 million rubles.
