Akishin Vitaly, condemned for murder of the deputy of the State Duma Galina Starovoytova, withdrew the petition for a conditional early release, reports RIA Novosti news agency. At first the Kolpino district court registered the petition Akishin Vitaly about UDO. In the request the man urged court to replace the rest of the term of imprisonment with forced hard labor. However later to the judge transferred the address condemned which he withdraws the petition. In this connection he changed the mind, is not explained.
