The workers dismantling a monument to the Soviet army in Sofia, cut off the highest part of sculptural group – a hand of the soldier with PPSh submachine gun, reports the Bulgarian National Television (BNT). The head of administration of the Sofia area Vyara Todeva a few days ago published the order about monument preservation as constituting danger because of the emergency state.
