The State Duma simplifies access to the geological exploration market

In Russia plan to simplify entry into the market of geological exploration and to allow sale of prospecting licenses. The bill which defines conditions and the general rules, passed the second reading during plenary session of the State Duma on December 12. At the moment transition of a right of use by a subsoil for geological studying is possible only upon purchase of the company owning such license.
