On a referendum on December 12, 1993 Russians approved the new draft constitution of the young Russian Federation, and also voted for deputies of again created two-chamber parliament. Elections passed in the hard time, many remember to this day the ninetieth, as a bad dream. All year our edition wrote the chronicle of Parliament of Russia. Today we suggest to remember with what everything began.
