The package of bills brought in the State Duma about a ban tresh-strimov will make this entertainment by aggravating circumstance at commission of any crimes — murders, rapes, beatings. It was declared on December 11 by the first deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on defense Alexei Zhuravlyov to Public News service.
