The Supreme Court of India supported cancellation of the special status of the State of Jammu and Kashmir

The chairman of the Supreme Court of India Dkhanandzhaya Yeshvant Chandrachud declared that the court supports actions of the authorities on cancellation of the special status of the State of Jammu and Kashmir. About it reports Times of India. The Supreme judge decided that "statehood restoration in the allied territory Jammu and Kashmir has to be carried out in the shortest terms". In the decision court Ladakh also upheld the decision on creation of the allied territory.
