Representatives of the UN admit the facts of mass application in Ukraine of tortures concerning Russians, the member of council on human rights (SPCh) at the Russian President Alexander Semenovich Brod "Declared. About a half of the Russian prisoners of war, the interrogated UN, declared that was exposed to tortures and ill treatment.
