The regional Ministry of Emergency Situations and ULGU strengthen interaction

Cooperation agreement signing between the Ulyanovsk state university and Head department of Emercom of Russia on Ulyanovsk Region took place. Signatures under the document put the rector of ULGU Boris Mikhaylovich Kostishko and the chief of the regional Ministry of Emergency Situations Mikhail Osokin.
