5 KVNs teams will participate in the final from different regions of Republic of Belarus. Competition consists of three stages: "Business card", "Situation" and "Freestyle". The team which has become Champion of National art league of KVN of a season 2023, will be awarded by a grant on a trip on the 35th International festival of the KVNs teams "KIVIN 2023" which will take place in the city of Sochi.
