UN conference on climate (COP) next year will take place in Azerbaijan. In 2024 the East European group which includes the former Soviet republics will preside over conference. But they long time could not come to the agreement, event will be held where exactly. In particular, Russia threatened to block the demand of Bulgaria as the country is included into EU.
