In Tula on the Constitution day school students will receive the first passports

On December 12 in the Tula museum of the weapon within the All-Russian program of Movement of the First "We — citizens of Russia! " will solemnly hand over passports in honor of the constitution day of the Russian Federation. More than 90 activists who have caused a stir in science and sports, will receive the passport. Participants of action will execute the anthem of the Russian Federation, will watch the video "History of Tula", and will hand over the document from hands of the chief federal inspector on Tula Region Simonov Anatoly and the deputy of the Tula region duma Helena Grebnev.
