On the basis of Ministry of Internal Affairs university of Russia of a name V. Ya. Kikotya passed the first tournament in Moscow on a tag rugby among variable structure

10 teams took part in tournament from 8 faculties to Mos of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia of V. Ya. Kikotya, faculties of training of staff of operational divisions of police and bodies of preliminary investigation were presented by two teams. Teams were divided into 3 groups. Tournament was opened by the Master of sports of the international class, the champion of Russia in rugby, the ex-captain of a men's team of rugby club of CSKA Pyotr Botnarash.
