On December 8 the chief of Head department of Emercom of Russia across Voronezh Region Alexander Nikolaevich Koshel participated in a ceremony of flower-laying and wreaths on the Avenue of heroes (the center of military patriotic education "Museum Diopama"), devoted to Day of Heroes of the Fatherland.
