The Harlequin — 2024 festival declared participants of the program

Advisory council of the Russian national award in the field of theater for children "Harlequin" called participants competitive and off-programs. They included 19 statements from St. Petersburg, Moscow, Kazan, Nyagan, Ulan-Ude, Krasnoyarsk, Abakan and Kirov. The XXI Harlequin festival will take place from April 15 to April 24 in St. Petersburg on the basis of Zazerkalye theater.
