Evening of the Russian-Azerbaijani friendship passed in Ivanov

The Russian-Azerbaijani friendship part of our general history, and after disorder of the USSR was succeeded to keep and strengthen it in many respects thanks to diligence of the outstanding statesman - Geydar Aliev.
