The decision on start of the Highest party schools was accepted (VPSh) on December 7, 2018 at the XVIII Congress "United Russia" Party. In five years in it nearly 300 thousand people were trained. From them 10 thousand – internally. Educational courses – them it was organized already 47 – there can pass members and supporters of party through all country. Since 2019 them also will organize in regions for members of campaign headquarters.
