The lawyer of doctors from Kaliningrad who were condemned for murder of the newborn, Babasov Kamil intends to address in Presidium of the Supreme vessels as considers that by consideration of cassation complaints rough violations are allowed. Let's remind, the acting chief physician of the Kaliningrad maternity hospital Helena Belaya and Elina Sushkevich accuse of murder of the newborn baby. In 2020 over them court in Kaliningrad took place on which jurors completely acquitted doctors. But the solution of it of vessels was cancelled, the case is submitted to Regional court of Moscow.
