It was declared by the Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Belarus in Armenia Alexander Konyuk at the "Double Standards of the Collective West in Near East" conference in Yerevan. Belarusian cable agency "Belta" told the correspondent about it in the Belarusian foreign institution to Armenia.
