The state committee on affairs of developments and reforms China published the list of the first party of the pilot cities and industrial parks which will seek for achievement of peak of emissions of carbon. As reports news agency to "Xinhua", the list included 25 cities. Among them - Zhangjiakou, Tangshan, Chengde, Taiyuan, Ordos , Baotou. The list also included Shenyang, Dalian, Heihe, Yancheng, Hangzhou, Huzhou.
