In Saint Petersburg the regional maternity capital can be used for payment of professional educations and retrainings of parents of the child. Such bill accepted Legislative Assembly of Saint Petersburg. As authors of an initiative the group of deputies acted: Valery Nikolaevich Garnets, Makarova Marina, Alexander Nikolaevich Rzhanenkov and Denise Aleksandrovich Chetyrbok. According to authors, such measure of support will help parents of children after a maternity leave quicker and easier to return for work or to find vacancy which would allow to combine work and education of children...
