The resident of Astrakhan received 2 years of a colony settlement for road accidents with the victim

The Kirovo district court of the Astrakhan city of the Astrakhan region sentenced the 33-year-old man to 2 years of a colony settlement with deprivation of the driver's license for 2 years for violation of traffic regulations because of which on imprudence the person was lost. The press service of regional prosecutor's offices reports about it. Let's remind that in September on crossing of streets of Perovskaya Sofya and Georgian the driver of BMW did not pass a minibus therefore the last overturned. As a result road accidents four passengers and the driver of the minibus hospitalized. One more passenger − the 62-year-old resident of Astrakhan − died on the spot.
