Oryol Region, unlike the neighboring regions, did not get to a rating. Regions were estimated by eight criteria. Among other things number of points influenced level of social satisfaction with the address with in the region, timeliness of constructions and sufficiency of infrastructure, the loudspeaker of indicators of processing and utilization and uninterrupted operation of rendering services.
