Prosecutor's office Kurumkan district Republic of Buryatia revealed violations of the legislation about cadastral activity. It is established that the cadastral engineer at work knew of existence of crossing of borders of buildings with adjacent object. Thus it did not reflect in the technical plan of data on such imposing of contours, the offer on elimination of the revealed mistakes at determination of location of buildings to authorized body did not present.
