Dialogue of cultures: how effectively to learn Russian to the foreign student?

This question interested scientists at the international conference in Tashkent on November 28, 2023 in Representation federal agency for Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots living abroad, and on International humanitarian cooperation in Republic of Uzbekistan there took place the second international scientific and practical conference "Ushakovsky Readings in Tashkent".
