Wladyslaw Aleksandrovich Tolkunov left a post of the chief of Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation of the Bryansk region which borrowed within the last 5 years. According to the Decree of President of the Russian Federation it is transferred to service in Central office of Ministries of Internal Affairs.
