In European central bank see possibility of decrease in rates in 2024

Izabel Shnabel, the member of executive council European central bank, in interview to information agency "Reuters", European central bank, did not exclude possibility of decrease in key interest rates in 2024. Answering a question of possible decrease in a rate in the first half of the year 2024, Izabel Shnabel reported that the decision will be based on statistical data therefore it is necessary to do carefully forecasts for six months forward, considering unexpected surprises which already occurred earlier.
