State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation increases regular payments for a tightening of terms of geological exploration

The Cabinet of Ministers suggested to establish raising coefficients to an annual rate of regular payments in case of excess of a deadline of geological exploration. Such bill is adopted in the second reading at plenary session of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on December 5. The initiative improves a legal mechanism of collection of regular payments and ensuring observance of standardly established periods of geological studying by subsoil users.
