Prosecutor's office cities Biysk Altai territory approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the former rector of one of higher education institutions Biysk. She is accused of commission of the crimes provided p.1 by Art. 286 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (excess of powers of office), the item "e" ch.3 by Art. 286 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (excess of powers of office from mercenary interest).
