Regular transportations passengers on adjustable tariffs

Kuvandyk district interregional prosecutor's office Orenburg region carried out an inspection of performance of the legislation on passenger traffic. It is established that the administration of the Kuvandyksky city district does not execute the powers provided by the legislation on the organization of passenger traffic. In defiance of legislation requirements municipal routes for implementation of regular transportations on adjustable tariffs local government are not established, the municipal contract is not signed by administration.
