Deputies of municipal duma of Tomsk supported transfer of construction powers to the region

Deputies of City Council of Tomsk at meeting approved on December 5 the bill of transfer of part of powers in the sphere of town planning and the land relations on regional level. It means that Tomsk and Tomsk area from the second half of the year 2024 can lose considerable part of the powers in these spheres. The regional authorities consider that it will help to stimulate development of Tomsk agglomeration. The bill assumes transfer of 12 of 19 powers in the field of town planning and 7 of 17 powers in the sphere of the land relations on regional level.
