Russian Federation left a number of the international human rights institutes, however it does not mean ignoring of the rights. President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin during a meeting with members on human rights (SPCh) , reports Federal state unitary enterprise RAMI "RIA Novosti". As the head of state explained, Moscow is ready to cooperate with all interested countries, to find solutions for formation of effective, fair system of providing human rights equal for all.
