This week visit of the president Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier to Qatar ended with an embarrassment and humiliation. It had whole to stay half an hour on a plane ladder waiting for a legal meeting. The plane arrived, spread a red path, the guard of honor was built. And to meet – there is nobody.
