The speaker of SF suggested to refinance credits to car makers

The chairman of SF called Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation not to delay the balanced decision for helps to domestic car makers, having noted that the situation from them debt load cannot remain at the same heavy level. During annual meeting with secretaries of state on December 4 the speaker of the upper house expressed opinion that it is possible to refinance debts as producers cannot cope with this huge debt, and "God forbid to bring to bankruptcies".
