In November, 2023 in Voronezh the average cost of 1 sq.m grew by 5794 rubles and reached 111 150 rubles, follows from research of a portal of domostroyrf.ru.Zhilye in Zheleznodorozhny rayon rose in price for 6509 rubles (112 669 rubles), in Kominternovsky rayon - for 6393 rubles (103 569 rubles), in Levoberezhny District - to 100 388 rubles.
