In Smolensk passed a forum "Smolensk dialogue"

A forum "Smolensk dialogue" took place in building Houses of Soviets and was dated for the 30 anniversary of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and 25 anniversary of institution of institute Commissioner for Human Rights in Smolensk oblast. As the organizer of action Commissioner for Human Rights in Smolensk oblast, Civic chamber Smolensk Region and the Ministry Smolensk Region on domestic policy acted.
