Irkutsk Region will judge the minister of the property relations for negligence

On December 4 the press service of Investigation department of Investigative committee of the Russian Federation on Irkutsk region reported about completion of investigation of criminal case about the negligence, brought concerning the acting minister of the property relations Government of the Irkutsk region Marina Byrgazova. The consequence established that in 2021 Marina Byrgazova, having enough resources and means milking realization of powers on provision of housing for orphan children, did not fulfill the duties on formation special housing stock. Because of it people on the waiting list could not receive in due time housing until the end of the year. Limits of budgetary funds in the sum of 167 million were not mastered...
