District court of the Gavrilov-Yam district of the Yaroslavl region Regionalny Depzdrav Oksana Piklun guilty of assignment of someone else's property in especially large size made with use of official position (recognized the former head h. 4 Art. 160 of the criminal code of Russian Federation), also appointed by it 3 years of imprisonment conditionally with the same trial period.
