For Russian Federation there are no unfriendly countries and the people, however there are states with the unfriendly governments, noted chapter Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov at press conferences on Friday. The countries get to the list unfriendly only because of decisions of the governments. "On behalf of the state they make decisions which we define as unfriendly.
