In Bakchar district Tomsk Region two locals will appear before court for the illegal cabin of forest plantings on purpose constructions baths

Prosecutor's office of the Bakchar district of the Tomsk region approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the 34-year-old local and his 32-year-old brother. They are accused on h. 3 Art. 260 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (the illegal cabin of forest plantings). According to the investigators, in September, 2022 villagers, having decided to construct bath near the house and needing in this regard wood, carried out the illegal cabin of 8 fir-trees.
