The prices of sales trade real estates Novosibirsk grew by 9% in 10 months

From January to October, 2023 the average prices on the trade objects offered to sale in Novosibirsk, grew by 9%. Such data experts of the market gave commercial real estates. By data companies "Otelit" and RID Analytics, a segment trade real estates overtook production warehouse which grew for only 6% on a rise in prices, and goes level with offices which on the average also rose in price for 9%.
