Such document appeared in base of legal acts. In the decree signed by the president Vladimir Putin are told that all 100% of shares of the Cyprian companies in authorized capital "Air gate Saint Petersburg" transfer to the possession "Holdings VVSS" with authorized capital about 169 billion rubles.
