The association of municipalities to Republic of Khakassia elects the chairman

Today, on December 1, at 14.00 in a big conference hall of Supreme Council of the Republic of Khakassia the XV General Meeting of members of Association "Sovet MO RKH" will begin. Participants of meeting will discuss a condition of local government to Republic of Khakassia and problems of developments municipalities in modern economic and political conditions, legal regulation of local government and other questions.
