On November 30, 2023 the Chairman Election commission of Tsentralny of the Russian Federation Ella Pamfilova, the deputy head of the Central Electoral Commission Nicholas Ivanovich Bulaev, members of the commission Pavel Andreev and Markina Ludmila took part in Scientific and practical conference in Saint Petersburg, the electoral system devoted to the 30 anniversary Russian Federation. Representatives of federal and regional public authorities, election commissions Northwestern Federal District and new subjects Russian Federation became participants of action.
