The prosecutor Safakulevo district appealed to court with claim about collecting the amount of damage, caused by the illegal cabin of forest plantings

Prosecutor's office of the Safakulevo district of the Kurgan region carried out an inspection of observance of requirements of the forest legislation, including on the facts of illegal cabins of forest plantings. It is established that the inhabitant Chelyabinsk Region in the territory Safakulevo district made the cabin of forest plantings without allowing documents. As a result of illegal actions on commission of the illegal cabin of 75 syrorastushchy trees of breed "birch" with a total amount of 44, 76 cubic meters, state the material damage for the sum of 212 804 rubles is caused to forest fund.
