At the initiative of prosecutor's offices Primorsko-Akhtarsk district the official of municipal authority for violation of an order of drawing up, the statement and maintaining the budgetary estimates is brought to administrative responsibility

Prosecutor's office of the Primorsko-Akhtarsk district of the Krasnodar Territory during verification of the budgetary legislation revealed violations of an order of drawing up, change of the budgetary estimates expressed in rejection of measures for modification of indicators of the budgetary estimate for 2022 at finishing to establishment of limits of the budgetary obligations. On this fact prosecutor's office the area initiated proceedings on h. 2 Art. 15.15.7 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences (violation by state institution of an order of drawing up, the statement and maintaining the budgetary estimates) by results of which consideration by court to the guilty official punishment in the form of a penalty of 10 thousand is appointed...
