Today the European countries endure the most turning point in the history after crash of the Berlin wall. Such statement was made chapter Ministry foreign affairs of Kingdom of Spain Khose Manuel Albares Bueno at meeting of Council of ministers of foreign affairs of OSCE (SMID OSCE) in the capital Northern Macedonia Skopje.
