State Office of Public Prosecutor: Samat Satybaldyuly Abish does not interfere with a consequence

The Deputy Prosecutor General Zhandos Umiraliev in a lobby of Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan spoke today in the matter of the ex-deputy head of KNB Samat Satybaldyuly Abish, the correspondent of Nur. kz reports. Zhandos Umiraliev reminded that concerning Samat Satybaldyuly Abish the measure of restraint – recognizance not to leave is chosen. "For today this measure of restraint remains, the bases for its change are not available for today. Because there are no facts that it interferes with a consequence or does not come to give answers therefore the measure of restraint is not changed", – he added.
